How to get it back

As a large venue, we receive a surprising amount of lost property. We have a system to help us manage the items and get them back to you as soon as possible. Below is the proceedure so you know what to expect.
  1. Report your property as lost
  2. Duty manager will check your propery against our records and will reply via email if we have the item or not.
  3. You come and collect your item between 10am and 4pm during the week or in the hour before any event starts.
